1. Investment risk disclaimer 

Investing through LEND LB involves financial risks. When you finance renewable energy projects on our platform, you invest at your own risk. Returns are not guaranteed and the value of your investment may fluctuate or be lost entirely.

Potential risks include, but are not limited to:

• Project delays or cancellations
• Developer insolvency or inability to repay loans
• Changes in regulatory or economic conditions
• Technical or operational issues impacting project performance

You should carefully consider these risks and, if necessary, seek independent financial advice before investing.

2. No financial advice

LEND LB does not provide investment, legal, or financial advice. The information on our platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to invest. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and making your own investment decisions.

3. Eligibility 

By using LEND LB, you confirm you are legally eligible to invest, including meeting any age and residency requirements applicable under your jurisdiction and ours.

4. Third-party payment processing 

Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment service provider regulated under EU law. LEND LB does not store your payment details and is not responsible for payment processing errors or delays caused by the third party.

5. Intellectual property 

All content, design, and trademarks on LEND LB are the property of LEND LB or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use them without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEND LB and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or investments made through it.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction 

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.

8. Regulatory Compliance 

LEND LB is registered in France and operates in compliance with the AMF’s crowdfunding regulations. We are in the process of obtaining the Crowdfunding Intermediary (PSFP) license, as required by law.

All projects listed on LEND LB undergo due diligence according to AMF guidelines to assess feasibility and developer credibility. However, this does not guarantee the success of the project or repayment of your investment.

9. Investment limits 

In accordance with French crowdfunding rules, retail investors are advised not to invest more than €2,000 per project unless they can justify adequate knowledge and experience to assess risks.

10. Insurance and Guarantees

LEND LB holds professional liability insurance as required by French law, which covers risks related to our activity as a crowdfunding intermediary. This insurance protects against claims arising from errors, omissions, or negligence in the operation of our platform.

Please note: This insurance does not cover any losses related to the investments themselves. Investing in crowdfunding projects carries inherent risks, and LEND LB does not provide guarantees or insurance on the capital invested or the returns.
